New challenges is what drives a good developer. The past year I didn't think I was being able to perform 100% and this made me feel the need for a change. After 3 interviews and 2 written tests, I was very excited to hear "I would like to offer you a job at Fusion" from Gavin, one of the three directors. What a great feeling!
